Network Connectivity

Issue: D2 light continues to blink rapidly OR device does not respond to phone calls or SMS messages.

  • Cause: The device is unable to connect to the cell providers network.
  • Solution:
    • Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly with the metal contacts facing down.
    • Ensure your pay as you go account has funds and has not expired.
    • Ensure the device is in an area with good reception. Basements, metal buildings, etc. can interfere with the signal. For testing purposes, move the device to an area with a strong signal to rule out this possibility.
