- Cause: The device is unable to connect to the cell providers network.
- Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly with the metal contacts facing down.
- Ensure your pay as you go account has funds and has not expired.
- Ensure the device is in an area with good reception. Basements, metal buildings, etc. can interfere with the signal. For testing purposes, move the device to an area with a strong signal to rule out this possibility.
