  • Shipping & Delivery

    All our products are express shipped to every country in the world. Items typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days after shipping. All shipments require a signature on delivery ensuring that you and only you receive your item.

  • Privacy & Security

    We value your privacy and ensure that all software used to operate our website is patched and up to date with the latest security patches. We do not store any financial information such as credit cards on our servers and ask that customers never transmit this data to us.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Items shipped directly to you from our manufacturers, or through our store to you, are eligible for return and a partial refund if we are notified within 7 days of the arrival of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items that are damaged or defective on arrival are eligible for replacement at no cost to you. Pictures of the damaged or defective item must be emailed to us prior to the return of the item. Relay Supply retains the right to void/disallow returns for items that are deemed damaged as a result of customer action/negligence.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    All payments are processed via Pay Pal. You may pay for your items without a Pay Pal account by choosing the guest option on Pay Pal, and then paying by credit card. This does not require you to sign up for a Pay Pal account. Alternatively, you may use your existing Pay Pal account for all transactions. Discounts for ordering in multiples is available!

    All orders are stored in our system for you to review at any time in the future.
